Bindery and Finishing Services
Saddle Stitching
Eagle Print can saddle stitch mini-tabloids or tabloids ranging in size from five inches to nine inches or as large as 11 inches by 14 inches. As many as six signatures can be collated with as few as eight pages or as many as 120 pages.
In-Line Gluing
Eagle Print can glue mini-tabloids up to 32 pages at full press speed. Sizes can range from 6″ x 10 1/2″ to 8 1/4″ x 10 1/2″. Gluing in-line saves both time and money as compared to other methods of binding. Talk to Eagle Print’s experts about the option that are best for you.
Additional Bindery Options
By partnering with other printers and binderies, Eagle Print can offer perfect binding or saddle stitching for more than 120 pages. Eagle Print can print the inside pages on 30#, 35#, or 50# paper. The company’s print partners specialize in heat set printing and can print the covers. Eagle Print then sends all print signatures to a perfect bindery for finishing. This is a turnkey operation and Eagle Print handles all of the logistics for you.
